Miles and Moments_20250125
After a long break, recovering from illness, a trip to Vienna, and admittedly some laziness, I finally completed my first 10 km run of 2025 today!
Being buried in work often makes my body feel heavy, but running gives me a much-needed reset. The first 3 km is always the hardest, but once I push through, I feel lighter by the 5 km mark, and even start to pick up speed.

Today’s weather was delightful, with a light drizzle in Brugge (which I actually enjoy ^_^). The fresh air felt rejuvenating, and during my run, I came across a family of coots, along with pigeons, seagulls, and a variety of other birds I couldn’t name. The landscape was alive with lush greenery, a clear sign that spring is just around the corner.
